Turning Vision into Meaningful Impact

Throughout my career, I've been drawn to one central question: How do we create learning experiences that truly engage students and inspire educators? For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside teachers, school leaders, and educational organizations to answer that question through innovation, collaboration, and a deep commitment to meaningful learning.

My professional journey has taken me from the classroom to leadership roles at organizations including PBLWorks, Atlanta Girls' School, and The Mount Vernon School. Along the way, I've partnered with schools and districts across the United States and internationally, helping leaders turn ambitious ideas into practical strategies that improve teaching and learning. Whether facilitating professional learning, coaching leadership teams, or supporting system-wide change initiatives, I believe the best solutions are developed with people, not for them.

What energizes me most is helping organizations bridge the gap between vision and implementation. Every school has its own culture, strengths, and challenges. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help teams identify a path forward that is both ambitious and achievable. The goal is never simply to introduce a new initiative—it's to build the capacity, confidence, and shared ownership needed to create lasting impact.
